Creating your account

Your Play Health account keeps your health information private and connected to your care team.

Accepting your invite

Most people join Play Health through an invite from their clinic. When your care team adds you, you’ll receive an email invitation.

1. Open the invitation email and tap Get started.
2. Confirm your email address.
3. Set up sign-in for your account.

Your profile

After signing in, take a moment to review your profile:

• Name and date of birth — used to match you to your clinical record.
• Notifications — choose whether to get reminders for check-ins and medications.
• Connected accounts — link a wearable or health app (see Connecting devices).

Privacy

Your data is private to you and the care team you’re connected with. You can review what’s shared and manage your account at any time from Settings.
